Cooperativa Sociale Progetto Tenda provides assistance to people in vulnerable situations, mainly in the areas "Reception" (including SAI projects) and "Housing". The project developed by Gnucoop covers the creation and subsequent expansion of a unified DINO-based platform to digitize workflows, track hosted people and the services provided, and manage monitoring and social reporting. The architecture guarantees strict data segregation and differentiated access profiles across the different areas and partner organizations (allowing multi-level sharing within the SAI system).

The extension of the system includes a specific module for the monthly recording of attendance in the facilities, the automatic calculation of the contributions due, and the automated generation of the reports required for fund requests to the City of Turin. The system is integrated with advanced Artificial Intelligence features managed in Privacy by Design mode (data remain on the organization's servers): Chat with your Data (conversational data analysis using Pandas-AI), Ask your documents (a RAG system to consult internal procedures and methodologies), Talk to collect (filling in forms through voice messages) and AI-Social Balance for drafting the social report.

The path also includes strategic support in defining the monitoring plan (aligned with the Agenda 2030 indicators), the migration of historical data from Excel and the training of operators.
