### The project

Gnucoop has built a user management system for Fondazione iBVA's services (Fare Centro, Solidando, Italiano per tutti, Spazio Allenamente and Abitare Solidale), based on DINO, the data collection platform developed by Gnucoop and used in a variety of settings in Italy and abroad.

The platform brings together, in a single environment, the personal records of the people who turn to the Foundation, and makes it easy and intuitive to add the specific information for each service they use, thanks to the latest web and mobile technology standards. Sharing information between services is particularly useful for Fare Centro, iBVA's social secretariat: a cross-cutting service that assesses requests for access to Solidando and takes charge of the additional needs of users of the other services, working closely with the staff who support them.

The data then becomes dynamic reports, analyses and summaries, which can be used both for internal communication, through custom reports and dashboards, and for external communication, through WordPress widgets and chart export.
