**The project**

The Coordinamento Toscano Marginalità brings together about 20 third-sector organizations that assist homeless people and people in conditions of severe vulnerability. To meet the need for a shared and structured management of operations, Gnucoop implemented a unified data collection system based on the DINO platform, made available to all network members.

The solution makes it possible to track beneficiary profiles and the services provided across the territory through customized, dynamic forms, guaranteeing full data confidentiality through access profiles differentiated by organization. Key features include the issuing of ID cards with photos for quick identification of beneficiaries, the definition of data validation processes, aggregated analysis and reporting, and interactive dashboards for internal analysis and external reporting. The intervention also included the migration of historical data, the setup of server infrastructure accessible from PCs and mobile devices, and dedicated training sessions for the operators of the network's organizations.
