**The project**

COMPASS (Advanced Digital Skills and Soft Skills) supports Italian non-profit organizations in strengthening their digital and relational skills, so that they can face the challenge of digital transformation together. It is designed for people who work every day for social impact, with the goal of improving operational efficiency and strengthening community engagement.

The project involves 55 non-profit organizations (NPOs) in 17 Italian regions. The organizations work in the field of personal services, with a particular focus on fragile contexts and contexts at risk of digital exclusion.

The project offers a complete, personalized training path that combines technology and personal development, to encourage the participation of beneficiaries, consolidate the knowledge acquired and facilitate a horizontal exchange of experiences.

Among the complementary activities, COMPASS offers a path dedicated to adopting the DINO platform, a digital solution developed by Gnucoop for NPOs that want a structured system for data collection, management and analysis, useful for activities such as project monitoring, case management, impact evaluation and social reporting.

The program included:

- 20 hours of technical training, divided into subgroups;
- personalized support in building each organization's own data system;
- access to the DINO platform, which NPOs can then manage independently.
