**A digital platform for managing CESVI's HR data**

Gnucoop has developed a web platform for CESVI to collect, manage and analyse human resources data, built on the DINO software. The project grew out of the need to move beyond fragmented management of staff information, bringing personal records, contracts, insurance, medical check-ups and temporary deployments together in a single environment, with access permissions differentiated by role and by country of responsibility.

The solution is not closed software, but a platform configured around CESVI's own processes. Staff members fill in their personal record through a dedicated link, the HR office validates it, and access is granted through company credentials via Active Directory. Data is organised through metrics (staff, countries, projects) that link it together and allow Area Managers, administrative coordinators and the administration department to view and edit only the information within their remit. The platform also works offline, synchronising data when the connection returns, which suits an organisation operating in dozens of countries.

Key features include: management of the entire contract lifecycle, with contract codes and employee numbers assigned automatically and workflows shared between HR and Area Managers; generation of pre-filled contract documents from templates, exportable to Word; automatic notifications, for example for medical check-up deadlines; a daily update of the project list from the PRA application; and data export and connection to Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI and Looker Studio.

The project comes with a user manual and operating procedures that enable CESVI to independently manage users, countries, lists and contract templates, making the platform sustainable over time.
