**The project**

Under the Regione Lombardia call "Digital Transition of Lombard Enterprises", Gnucoop supports Abitare Società Cooperativa in developing the Community App "AbitAPP", a mobile application designed to promote digitalization, sustainability and social cohesion within housing and neighborhood contexts.

The project architecture is built on four integrated modules:

- **Connect to the Cooperative:** the main structure of the app, with notification management, batch upload of users and the integration of a VTE chatbot widget for user support.
- **Connect to your home:** integration via external APIs with the Ista and Perry home-automation and technology systems, to monitor and manage utilities and consumption in the home.
- **Connect to the community:** a module for neighborhood socializing and collaboration ("Vicini Vicini"), with sections for small jobs, a second-hand market, interest groups, events, a community chat to find people with the same interests and a parcel management service.
- **Connect to your neighborhood:** integration of local services in partnership with the association "Insieme nei cortili", for managing the neighborhood library and booking common rooms.
